During my Easter break, I stayed at a family-owned hotel in the Austrian mountains. The breakfast was amazing, offering a wide choice of food, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The key location of the hotel was perfect for outdoor activities, including hiking, skiing, and swimming. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with well-maintained facilities. The hotel also had a relaxing area and a small fitness room, which was a pleasant surprise.

My stay at this hotel was not entirely enjoyable. the service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed overwhelmed with the number of guests.
